refund policy.
Last Updated: November 2, 2025
1. Overview
At BrickRose Exchange, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, human-centered learning experiences. Our digital assessments, courses, and programs are designed to empower federal employees, contractors, and professionals navigating career transitions with clarity and confidence.
Because our products include immediate access to digital resources, assessments, and proprietary materials, our refund policy balances fairness with the nature of online education.
2. Free Resources
Products such as the Federal Freedom Assessment™ are provided at no cost. No payment or refund applies to these offerings.
3. Paid Courses and Programs
For paid courses and programs purchased through Stripe or Partial.ly:
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or participated in any live session, digital module, or downloadable resource.
Once course materials are accessed or live sessions begin, we are unable to offer refunds.
Payment plans through Partial.ly remain binding after the 7-day window unless cancellation is approved before course access.
If you believe an exception applies, please contact us directly—our goal is always a fair and respectful resolution.
4. Cancellations and Transfers
Participants may request to:
Transfer enrollment to a later session, or
Apply paid credit toward another program of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).
We encourage communication before the start of a course so we can best accommodate your schedule and needs.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
We do not charge separate administrative fees for approved refunds.
6. Contact for Support
