open now; closes June 15, 2019

BrickRose Exchange is accepting applications to feature 12 artists each month during its year-long Residency Pop-Up Program beginning July 2019. This program is open to artists of all media who would like to share their social message behind their art form while engaging and building relationships with other cause-driven individuals and organizations.

The Residency Program provides a unique opportunity to gain international exposure and build connections to other global artisans who speak through art. Attracting artists from around the world, the program is bringing art and social activism through BrickRose Exchange to the doorstep of one of America’s most overlooked and underrated art scenes, Baltimore, MD. It is intended for artists whose goal is to move society forward through creative expression of their art and ideas. Artists are encouraged (but not required) to use the event space for their one-day physical residency during their feature month as well as access other benefits throughout the year.

With the support of the BrickRose Exchange staff, resident artists will be an integral part of moving our mission forward - to bring people together for change, one event at a time - and contribute to our community of do gooders. Resident Artists are also afforded special opportunities through BrickRose Exchange’s programming.
